I regret signing up with godaddy. Our website went live for only 1 week then it's gone. Support response is 24 hours for email and no toll-free phone number for support. They're not serious with their web hosting services.

Godaddy has plenty of money for super bowl ads but can't even spend a few bucks for a toll-free phone number for support, and email response time is 8 hours! I regret signing up with them. My site went down several times. Once I emailed them about it and they didn't even respond. I was with them for 2 years. Unfortunately I'm a creature of habit and was going to renew but accidentally created a new account. I asked them to cancel and honor the renewal price along with a coupon I had (a difference of $1.30). Even though the price was clearly printed on their site, they condescendingly told me I was wrong.
In summation, Godaddy has absolutely no regard for their customers (I switched to hostgator, so far so great!).

Go Daddy customer service sucks!!! Need hosting or search engine placement? GO ELSEWHERE!!!!
