Alicia, you sound like a nice person, but I doubt you have any idea what goes on with your hosting operations. Do you even have a hosting account with godaddy? yea, didn't think so.
You guys do domain names very well, but the hosting has always been bad. All I know is that when I switched to hostgator a few months ago, all my problems went away.

Godaddy tech support consists of sending you info you can already find on their help page. I'm not a newbie and I RTFM. Their system is the problem on various issues. THEY SUCK.
