I set up an account with them on 4/4/2011, and two days later I got tired of the fact that to do anything with them, you had to pay for it. So, I decided to switch to another hosting company, and I didn't like the InstaPage/Website tonight.

Decided to use GoDaddy for our business website - after 2 months we still can't get it built properly. Hard to compare GoDaddy with others because never used any others. Probably if you just want a personal website, couple of pages or even a small simple business website it would be OK. Oddly we found images easier than text and for some reason getting text right is 100 times more difficult than word docs. The blocks are unmanagable and seem to have a mind of their own! The worst thing is that it is extremely easy to 'press a wrong button' and totally mess up a whole page and not be able to get it back - a bit like the stock market where you can make 20% in 6 months but lose 30% in 6 days. We have just messed up a whole weeks work on one page and no idea why. Wouldn't recommend it but maybe all website builders are the same.
