Every time you call in to Go Daddy you get a different story with each rep you speak with. They should be consistent with their training and they should all tell the customer the same information. I've struggled for 48 hours with migrating data to my new server b/c I wanted to save the $300 I was quoted for them to do it for me. Turns out, they are supposed to do it for free. I guess the 4 phone calls in 48 hours asking questions about their HORRIBLE procedures, didn't clue anyone in until the last rep I spoke with. I will certainly be looking at transferring to a new host when my contract is up.
