The worst customer service ever! It will cost you a fortune in phone calls and they never call you back. They constantly fob you off and transfer you from one person to another. When my old credit card expired I thought they would not be able to take another payment....WRONG, they did! When I logged on to see how they had done this the details that I had originally given had been changed! Trying to cancel is a NIGHTMARE. So far it has taken me nearly 3 months and I still have not managed to remove my account. Save yourself a big fat headache and an empty wallet, don't touch them with a barge pole!!!!
