Issues, issues and more issues.

Their tech support is rude on the phone they do not help. The only way to get ANYTHING done is to talk to a manager, who never calls you back so you end up doing the same thing over again. DO NOT USE UNDER any circumstances. Any positive reviews were probably written by board members. It could not be their staff since they obviously hate working there.

Literally the most aggravating customer help endeavor of my life

Network Solutions has the worst tech service and customer care. I highly suggest looking elsewhere if you are looking for web hosting. There has been a problem with exact negotiated rates from FedEx. Network Solutions have failed to fix this and have no intention of doing so. They will close a service ticket as being resolved when it hasn't.

Worst people to deal with.

Network Solutions is not worth it at all! I have attempted to close my account twice. Just send a ticket stating you want it closed does not work at all, they will continually to siphon money out of you.

"As soon as the billing cycle is complete, your domain name will be automatically deleted from your account. (Although you will receive renewal notices for this domain name registration and all the services inside the account, please disregard them; the notices will cease once the billing cycle passes.) No further action is required by you regarding this matter."

Total bs. Its been two months and the thing is still drawing money out of me. I found out the reason why too.

"If your services are set to Auto Renew, you must turn this option off to avoid additional charges. We do send a reminder up to 105 days before the expiration date reminding you that your services will automatically renew, so that you have enough time to make sure your credit card information is up-to-date. Forty-five days before the expiration date the credit card on file is charged the current rate for the service(s) and it is renewed for the same term the service(s) were last registered or renewed."

They tell you to do that, but when you try you can't! For some reason that is beyond space, They set you're domain package on Auto-Renew and you can NOT change it at all. Its permanently on Auto-Renew and you can't do anything about it.
