Network Solutions: terrible service and lack of communication from within their corporation. After 40 minutes on the phone being transferred back an forth- after I requested a refund due to better pricing elsewhere- i was informed that they would meet or work on the pricing. Well, one person said another thing and then the next was something else- and in the end i was in the same place as from which I started- Network Solutions= they might have a legacy of such= but they're far from competitive on price, and after all these years you think they would compensate the customer. I am transferring to a better host....period.

My experience with Network Solutions has been a total failure for my business. Their website hosting packages do not perform as they sell them. Customer service does not exist. Tech support sends out generic (The same each time) responses for every/any problem. They sometimes end up in ones spam folder.

Presently trying to get as far away as possible from this outfit. Tried using hosting service for 20 days and found out that they are very oversized and have many problems to work out. The can grow as much as they want, but, a good strong company does not just sell, sell, sell without also building & investing within there own walls to keep up new volume. Very out of control. After cancelling our very minimal host service contract within the first 30 days, we had to give them over 30% of our entire annual hosting contract fee to host. And we never even got our site up with them. Two Words: Stay Away!!!
