We wanted to transfer our domain name after being with network solutions for at least 10 years. The domain was due to expire in 4 days and hosts require that a domain is active at least 14 days before a transfer can take place. We talked to them about our problem and were finally told that we had to renew our domain name at $34.99 for ONE YEAR. Regardless of what you pay to start with them, this is the kind of service and pricing you can expect once you become their customer.

Bad service, I can say it worst service. I try many web hosting and this one is best looking so far but it seem the service itself is very bad. I try to reach their service by email but that not possible. You only able to do via submit Ticket, and the answer that come out is like a robot reply. If you want to ask any more question, you have to re-submit the ticket. It's a hassle. They said that they try to contact me by phone but no, I don't get any call and have to re-submit the ticket. I purchased 1 year hosting plan that come with free domain register and I select to get a free domain register voucher but I never received them. And I contact them 5 times ( 5 attempt to submit damn ticket ) and still haven't got anything. I waste about 10 days now and cannot operate my website. Their system not allow you to use pre-register domain without transfer, don't think it will like cPanel or vDeck that let you setup nameserver with pointer. No, they force you to transfer your domain name to them. Worst. I want a 30 days money back, I ask them for it. They don't reply. And If you look at the term you have paid about $38 fee for do moneyback. Oh my god, I should go with cPanel or vDeck hosting.
