Those ridiculous negative comments have got to be from rival service providers. I switched from a VERY frustrating hosting provider a number of years ago to Network Solutions. NS is fantastic! If customer support is ever needed, they answer the phone right after the prompts, and it's an English speaking knowledgeable American. I've never perceived an "outsourced" cs response. And they're kind , considerate and really dedicated to getting stuff done right. Even overboard.This has been some years now and it's been very consistent with me, but my need for cs is less than couple of times in a year for whatever. I have a shared server account, and I'm treated like a first class business user. I saw those false negative reports and just started looking for where I could refute them! My feeling is that they are bogus.

Problems. Plain and simple. When you have a problem Network Solutions offers nothing in the way of help. Transfer a domain away and the will automatically put a hold on it for 7 days because they can. The reason for the transfer is because there is no help while they have it. I am sure their are millions of people who like their service. However when it really counts most just leave and do not bother to post anything.

It's extremely implausible that any positive comment about Network Solutions' Web platform is written by anyone other than a NS employee. Their software is a complete piece of junk. Don't expect to build anything effectively (things time out and you lose your work); their tech support is lousy; and the platform is unstable. It appears their only real interest is selling domain names.
