Customer service consists of we can not solve your problem we will need to escalate your issue, tech will look into you issues and get back to you withing 24-48 hours. Their forum is probably even worse. If you do a search you will find tons of similar problems but with no response, ergo useless. Randy

Builder tool will not insert HTML code for video. I was told to use another browser, webbuilder tool no longer works with IE9. I installed FireFox. I was able to insert video embedded code, but this browser will not edit HTML on the home page. You have to call on the telephone to get help....24 hours later. Who sits at their computer that long!!!!

In all my years in business I never, in my widest dream, thought it would be possible to be shut down for two days. Do you think Network Solutions will take care of payroll come Friday. The amount of money this has cost us is unacceptable. The worst part is their customer service or lack their of which does not provide an avenue to understand the issue at hand. Yesterday you couldn't even talk to someone. "All trunk lines are down!" What the hell is that? At the very least have someone tell us what we are looking at with regards to down time. Now I walk in today and realize we are in the same position we were in yesterday but now when you call their # there is a message telling you that there is a huge problem. How is it possible that a hosting company is not able to fix the issue? User Review #66 said it perfectly and #64 who suggested to do some research and that he moved all his customers away...DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I MADE. They need to change their name from Network Solutions to Nowork NoSolutions.
