They are very helpful... But phone wait is horrible 37 minutes.. Always a long wait

The customer service is terrible. They are for the most part rude, they don't like their jobs and they treat you by yelling at you and being smart with you. Time and time again I have experieneced this with this company. Very few tech support people want to help you out.
I do not recommend this company especially to those companies that are small and need help with their IT. The tech people are for the most part unhelpful, rude and disrespectful. They refuse to connect you to a supervisor and when they do, they take forever to come on the phone.
This company gets a C- from me overall.

Do not use this company for any reason. Not website hosting, certainly not email hosting, do not bother with their customer service, what a joke. Consider yourself lucky that you checked this site and got a warning. I wish I did. Do not go with Network Solutions. !!!!
