I had fairly good service until recently. NS began debiting my account without my prior authorization or knowledge. It took over 8 customer service reps to get some type of response. Utimately, I had to cancel my bank credit card, cancel my account and I'm still waiting for a refund of my monies for services I never received. No-one at NS had the ability to "STOP" these debits or reassure that they won't continue. I wasted over $40.00 in cell-phone air time (on hold). Good luck if you ever have a problem with this company!

Network Solutions is NOT what they used to be. I put many of my clients on their sites a few years back and within the last year I have had complaints that Network Solutions changed their passwords without their knowledge, some of the sites were compromised because of the server they were on and got blocked by google. I have since cleaned all of this up. I suspect that they are overloading the servers and their security has gotten too relaxed, which might explain why they suddenly change everyone's passwords on a specific server without telling anyone about it. Sites used to be really fast, but now they are slow. I'll be working on getting my clients off of Network Solutions to another host shortly. Again, this used to be a top notch hosting company, but not anymore.

Network Solutions: terrible service and lack of communication from within their corporation. After 40 minutes on the phone being transferred back an forth- after I requested a refund due to better pricing elsewhere- i was informed that they would meet or work on the pricing. Well, one person said another thing and then the next was something else- and in the end i was in the same place as from which I started- Network Solutions= they might have a legacy of such= but they're far from competitive on price, and after all these years you think they would compensate the customer. I am transferring to a better host....period.
