Service is BAD. Average hold time is 15-20 min. Had my site published with wordpress running fine until they decided to upgrade their php software for security reasons. No warnings to back up, no prior info of any kind. Wordpress scripts became broken because of their upgrade, and they told me they are not responsible for 3rd party software (e.g. wordpress), however will fix the problem for $70. I did pay for service, they did fix it, but broke something else (plugin) in the process. They suggested to update to latest plugins (which they are latest) and again told me they are not responsible for it, and won't fix it even for money. If you don't mind fixing stuff yourself after they mess with their software as they see fit and it becomes incompatible with what you have, this company is for you. I'm moving my hosting as far away from them as I can. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
