This company scammed me for $10. I cancelled their service, both the monthly and yearly renewal. They forgot to remove the yearly renewal and billed me when the yearly time came up. When I called to have them remove it and told them "you forgot to do it", they said something about a $10 fee and I will be reimbursed then hung up. I saw they refunded only $20 of the $30 charge. Ridiculous. This company sucks and is a rip off.
