I agree- this company will RIP YOU OFF. I got an email that it is time to renew. I have always gone in to renew each service and selected how long I wanted to renew the service for. At that time I was charged the appropriate amount. However, this time I was not interested in renewing so I didn't go in to make any renewal selections and was charged anyway. I just called to find out what was going on and was told that I was on automatic renewal. I told the very rude customer service rep that I never automatically renew- I ALWAYS go in to make my selections, she said since I was already charged it would cost me $10 to cancel. I said I don't want to pay the $10 and I want to speak with someone in billing, she said billing doesn't get on the phone. They will send me a letter. WHAT A SCAM!! $10 from every person who cancels is a LOT OF MONEY FOR THEM! Even more ridiculous is that my account doesn't expire for another month. WHY BILL ME NOW???? I would NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!
