I used N.S. (Domain name hosting) for years without problems, till I got the bill for my renewal up from $19.99 to $37.99, then the problems begin, I can't get straight answers from anyone (E mail) despite questions to so many - I am contemplating a change to HOSTGATOR - I got immediate e mail reply from them as well as immediate live chat help, and they are WAY cheaper !
