I've had powweb for a little over 4 months. My site has been completely down at least 5x. Each time I was told that it would take up to 48 hours for someone to look at it. I was advised to buy extra concierge service that was suppose to take care of any problems instantly - I was going to automatically get level 2 engineering. My site went down again. This time I was told it was Level 3 service and couldn't be taken care of right away! Now their web mail is completely down for the last 3 days. Concierge and regular service isn't answering. I have a simple website without much traffic (powweb not helping this). and have had 2 other hosting companies. Never, ever had anything like this before. They are awful!
