UltraHost are *not* as advertised as of Nov-2010. They are not an honourable company..
- Average service response time is about 1 week.
- Uptime no where near 100%, often during business hours. Regularly down at night and on weekends.
- Refused to honour 100% guarantee.
- Double charged me, they still have not fixed this!
- I was running a FOREX VPS - they took it down without warning. Extremely risky and costly for my business.

Overall highly disappointed. I paid a little extra hoping for a reliable host, only to get failures in every possible way :(
